Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan was accused by a South African businessman Iqbal Sharma, for hitting and abusing him and his father-in-law, at a five star hotel, in Mumbai.
"It was an uncivilized way to behave in a public space," Sharma told.
It all started when Mr Sharma demanded the restaurant manager to ask the actor and his celebrity friends, including Kareena Kapoor, Amrita Arora and Malaika Arora Khan, to lower their voices. The actor lost his cool and called Sharma an "idiot".
In order to avoid a fight, Sharma and his family decided to move to another part of the restaurant.
"As we were going down the stairs, Saif was coming up, probably from the toilet. As he passed me, he called me an idiot and asked 'do you know who I am?'"
Saif is now booked under a case of assault, by the Mumbai police.
What we can say, It's all a publicity stunt for a film Agent Vinod?
