Vijay is currently busy shooting for his forthcoming film Velayudham. The film is the remake of Telugu film Azad which was released in the year 2000.
The shooting of Velayudham happened yesterday at Binny Company near Meenambakkam. Vijay is seen wearing Red Shirt and Blue Jeans on the location. The shooting spot was crowed by Jain College Students who tried to have a glance of their favourite star shooting.
Bubbly beauty Genelia and milky beauty Hansika Motwani are romancing Vijay in this film. The characters of the female leads will be quite opposite to their earlier roles as Genelia will be portraying the role of a journalist while Hansika will be seen in complete traditional outfits in majority portions of the film. Director Jayam Raja is planning big for the climax shoot on his favourite set of a railway station in Visakhapatnam

Recently the bubbly beauty was spotted shooting for Vijay’s ‘Velayudham’ in Pollachi. As the shoot got cancelled due to the continuous rainfall Genelia has packed from the spot and moved to Coimbatore airport.
In the airport she was crowded by her fans who were trying for atleast a photo but some of her fans asked for a trademark smile and actress was very happy and overwhelmed by the love showered by her fans.
